Relevance: This workshop is designed to enable a Supervisor / Manager to structure, plan, facilitate and monitor a Toolbox Talk. A Toolbox Talk is an important tool to reach out and communicate specific issues to the workers, therefore you, as the Supervisor, need to be fully equipped with the necessary tools to structure, plan and facilitate your own Toolbox Talk.
