PRODUCT PREVIEW:
Knowldge Areas: One of the principle features of the OHS & MHS Acts is that they provide for a much higher level of Employee participation in respect to Occupational Health and Safety issues. Under the Acts, a Health and Safety Representative may now justifiably be referred to as the key individual within the Occupational Health and Safety programme. S/he has numerous functions and is a representative in the true sense of the word. This workshop teaches the learner that s/he is in a responsible position and that s/he should constantly remind himself/herself that his/her ultimate objective is to promote a safe and healthy workplace.
